Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

 

Returns:

- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

- Items must be in their original condition and unused.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at wanyika@curlycomforts.com.au to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within  5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know the new size or product you'd like.

- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
